Description
The P-40 Warhawk was a single engine fighter aircraft produced by the Curtiss-Wright Corporation and was used throughout the second world war. The plane’s low manufacturing cost and high durability gave it a reputation of a sturdy and powerful fighter plane. The P-40 was commonly armed with 6 50 caliber machine guns and the capability to carry around 2,000 pounds of bombs the fighter was heavily armed. Its max speed was 334 miles per hour.
